
About the role:
We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented HR Business Partner with 7+ years of overall HR experience. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in partnering with business leaders through different stages of growth, building and scaling HR processes, driving people practices, and managing the charter across performance management, goals management, talent management, employee engagement, retention, workforce planning, HR budgeting, talent acquisition partnership, HR operations, and stakeholder management.
The role requires a hands-on HR professional who can operate strategically with leadership while also driving strong execution and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities.
- Own the HRBP charter and drive effective HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
- Lead performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and internal mobility.
- Identify capability gaps and drive talent and learning interventions.
- Drive employee engagement, experience, culture, recognition, and retention initiatives.
- Analyze attrition and proactively develop retention strategies for critical and high-performing talent.
- Partner with TA and Finance on workforce planning, hiring, headcount, budgets, and manpower optimization.
- Advise leaders and managers on employee relations, performance, organizational changes, and people decisions.
- Build HR dashboards and use people analytics to provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Partner with HR functions to ensure seamless, consistent, scalable, and compliant HR delivery.
- Support organizational change, growth, restructuring, leadership effectiveness, and a high-performance culture.
- Continuously improve HR processes, policies, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness.
Eligibility:
- Education: B.Tech/BE graduate and MBA are required.
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience as an HRBP.
- Industry: Prior experience in the tech-based industry is a must. Experience in GCC, retail tech, or ecommerce is preferred.
Required Skills and Qualities:
- Assertive Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas and influence senior stakeholders effectively.
- Logical & Analytical Thinking: Ability to solve problems with a logical approach, analyzing data to guide HR strategies in the business.
- Technical Proficiency: Experienced in working with MS Excel and PowerPoint to create reports, presentations, and HR analytics in the HRBP role.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with business leaders and other stakeholders.
- HR Knowledge: Understanding of core HR processes, policies, and best practices, with hands-on experience in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
