
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with business leaders and managers to drive people strategy, organization effectiveness, and employee experience. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor, translating business goals into scalable people practices while supporting high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership:
- Partner with leadership and managers to align people strategy with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on org design, workforce planning, succession planning, and team effectiveness.
- Support leaders in driving performance, engagement, and retention.
Performance & Talent Management:
- Own and execute performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, calibrations).
- Identify high-potential talent and support career development and succession planning.
- Coach managers on feedback, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and employee growth.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Handle employee relations matters with fairness, empathy, and compliance.
- Drive engagement initiatives, pulse surveys, and action plans to improve employee experience.
- Support change management during restructuring, scaling, or organizational transitions.
People Analytics & Processes:
- Use people data and analytics to identify trends in attrition, performance, and engagement.
- Improve HR processes, policies, and systems for scalability and consistency.
- Partner with HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, L&D, Rewards, Payroll) for seamless execution.
Compliance & Culture:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices.
- Actively contribute to building an inclusive, high-performance, and values-driven culture.
Required Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of experience as an HRBP / People Partner / HR Generalist in a startup, product tech, or fast-growing organization.
- Strong experience partnering with Tech, Product, Business, or Operations teams.
- Hands-on experience with performance management, employee relations, and org design.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using HR metrics and dashboards.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
