Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Projects:

- Lead and execute high-priority HR initiatives aligned to business objectives.

- Drive end-to-end project management for people-related transformation programs.

- Design, implement, and scale HR processes, frameworks, and operating models.

- Support organization-building initiatives during phases of rapid growth and change.

HR Systems & Process Excellence:

- Build and institutionalize HR policies, processes, and governance mechanisms.

- Identify operational gaps and design scalable HR solutions.

- Establish sustainable people practices that improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

- Drive continuous improvement across HR operations and business partnering initiatives.

Stakeholder Management:

- Partner closely with business leaders, HR teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Build strong collaborative relationships to drive project adoption and execution.

- Influence decision-making through data-backed recommendations and structured problem solving.

- Act as a trusted advisor on people-related initiatives and organizational priorities.

Data & Insights:

- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Translate analytics into actionable recommendations for business and HR leadership.

- Track project outcomes and establish relevant success metrics.

Change & Execution:

- Drive implementation excellence through structured planning and rigorous follow-through.

- Navigate ambiguity and independently solve problems as they arise.

- Ensure initiatives are executed effectively and deliver intended business outcomes.

- Support change management efforts for organizational and people-related transformations.

Candidate Profile:

Preferred Background:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline.

- Experience working as an HR Business Partner within a high-growth startup, unicorn, or entrepreneurial environment.

- Demonstrated experience in 0-to-1 building of HR systems, policies, processes, or people frameworks.

- Proven track record of independently managing HR transformation or special projects.

- Strong Hindi communication skills.

- Comfortable with travel and willing to stretch beyond defined responsibilities when required.
