- Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Drive manpower planning, performance management, and talent development.
- Manage employee relations, engagement, and change management initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes.
Candidate Profile:
- 10-12 years of HR experience, with 8+ years in an HRBP role.
- Exposure to FMCG, Retail, or Manufacturing preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- MBA in HR preferred.
