Description:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales Managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring through coordination with TA team.
- Support On-boarding, Induction, and capability-building initiatives for front line and managerial sales employees.
- Drive performance management cycles goal setting, reviews, and feedback discussions.
- Assist in designing and executing employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.
- Support compensation discussions, incentive communication, and grievance handling.
- Maintain HR data, dashboards, and ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory norms.
- Partner with L&D for sales capability development programs.
- Provide periodic insights to business on attrition, productivity, and manpower analytics.
