Description:

- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring HR practices align with organisational goals.

- Develop & implement HR Policies and ensure adherence across teams.

- Lead Performance Management initiatives and development programmes.

- Drive Change Management strategies to support organisational growth.

- Enforce Employee Engagement initiatives.

Profile:

A successful candidate in this role should have:

- 3-7 years of experience in HR Business Partnering.

- MBA from a reputed B-school.

- Experience working in SaaS/ Tech/ Product-based organizations, or mid to large size Startups, or Internet/ e Commerce organizations

- Familiarity with HR Policies and best practices.

- An understanding of business, and excellent decision-making skills.
