Location: Mumbai

About the Company:

A large diversified Indian conglomerate with a strong presence across sectors including Renewable Power, Oil & Gas, Ports, and Infrastructure is looking to hire an experienced HR Business Partner to support its rapidly growing businesses.

Role Overview:

The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leadership to drive people strategy, talent management, and organizational effectiveness. The role requires a strategic HR professional who can align HR initiatives with business objectives while ensuring strong employee engagement and performance culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies.

- Drive the talent management agenda, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.

- Act as a strategic advisor to business heads on organizational design, people capability building, and change management.

- Lead performance management processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving a high-performance culture.

- Work closely with Talent Acquisition teams on hiring strategies for key leadership and critical roles.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives, culture building, and retention strategies.

- Support business leaders in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR governance.

- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation, L&D, Talent Acquisition) to deliver integrated HR solutions.

- Use HR analytics and insights to support data-driven decision making.

Candidate Profile:

- MBA in HR from a premier B-school.

- 10 - 14 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in Renewable Energy, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Ports, Power, or large diversified groups.

- Strong experience in HR Business Partnering, talent management, and organizational development
