
HRBP (Human Resource Business Partner)
Purpose:
To align business needs with people strategy, ensuring the right talent is hired, retained, and engaged, while maintaining a strong organisational culture.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with CBO and functional heads to design manpower plans.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment process: JD creation, sourcing, interviews, onboarding.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and strengthen company culture.
- Implement performance management framework (appraisals, promotions, feedback cycles).
- Support employee grievance management and ensure compliance with labour laws.
Key Deliverables:
- Annual manpower plan and recruitment calendar.
- Employee engagement calendar.
- Performance management scorecards.
Success Metrics:
- Recruitment TAT (planned vs actual hiring days).
- Employee satisfaction and retention rate.
- % of appraisal cycle completed on time.
Ideal Profile:
- 8-12 years in HRBP roles, preferably in real estate or services.
- MBA in HR or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
