We are looking for professionals who have:
- 10+ years of HR experience, with significant experience as an HRBP.
- Strong experience in the QSR industry.
- Hands-on experience partnering with business leaders across multiple functions.
- Exposure to workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, organizational development, and change management.
- Experience supporting business expansion, scaling operations, and driving HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to an international location.
