Job Overview:
HR Business Partner (3-6 Years of experience)
Responsibilities
- Work closely with leaders to make a developmental environment for all employees
- Work closely as an advisor for overall organisation performance management system and Bi annual appraisal processes.
- Work on creating employee friendly policies that benefit our team
- Analyzing trends and metrics with the HR department
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Evaluate training programs
- Suggest new HR strategies
- Employee satisfaction surveys and action points
- Employee engagement and grievance management
- Stakeholder management
Requirements:
- 3 - 6 years of proven work experience as an HR business partner in a Product company or Startup is a must
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Proven experience in policy creation and Implementation
- Strong understanding of the HR systems
- Strong Project Management experience
- Strong people management skills
