The Senior HRBP is responsible for overseeing the complete employee life cycle, including tasks such as managing recruitment, onboarding, performance assessment, and exits. The role involves active participation in manpower planning, attrition and retention management, and organizational employee engagement initiatives. Key responsibilities include : 1. Driving Business Results: - Approach HR with a business mindset, focusing on profitability and efficiency. - Encourage teams to innovate and elevate performance standards in areas like service levels, cost management, and productivity. - Evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives to ensure they contribute to desired business outcomes. - Act as the HR Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to ensure customer satisfaction, particularly regarding timely payroll, HR compliance, and industrial relations issues. 2. Deploying Manpower Strategy: - Collaborate with Business Leaders to formulate the Manpower strategy. - Implement proactive strategies to enhance retention and address absenteeism. - Provide support to business teams in resolving both short-term and long-term talent and productivity challenges. - Take ownership of and drive Diversity Hiring Targets within the business unit. 3. Capability Building: - Work in partnership with the Talent Lead to develop and implement the capability strategy for the business unit, covering training, talent management/succession planning, and leadership development. - Drive the establishment of career paths and development plans for identified successors and top talent within the business unit. 4. Employee Lifecycle Management: - Ensure governance of HR hygiene processes and compliance. - Oversee induction and onboarding processes for senior leaders. - Foster a consistent employee experience and an engaging work environment across locations, monitoring adherence to agreed-upon engagement platforms and calendars.
