Description:
- Strategic Collaboration: collaborate with HR Business Partners and HR leadership to provide dedicated HR support to assigned zones.
- Execution: Assist in the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and initiatives across the organization.
- Financial Appraisals: Support the performance appraisal process by assisting with goal setting, evaluations, and providing coaching and feedback to managers and employees.
- Customer/External Orientation Problem Solving: Address employee queries, concerns, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Trainings: Identify training needs, assist in creating and implementing training programs, and coordinate training activities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- People Orientation Zone-Based HR Support: Act as a point of contact for employees within the designated zones, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing support to ensure a positive work experience and Offer guidance and assistance to employees in navigating HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and procedures.
- Employee Relations: Play a key role in maintaining positive employee relations by addressing conflicts and concerns and Conduct investigations when necessary and provide guidance on conflict resolution, helping to foster a harmonious workplace.
