Role Overview:

As an HR Business Partner focusing on People Experience, you will serve as the strategic bridge between our leadership teams and the frontline workforce within our fast-paced Supply Chain division. You will spend your days navigating the complexities of operational environments, ensuring that our people strategy aligns seamlessly with business goals. By partnering closely with warehouse operations managers and regional heads, you will champion a culture of engagement, performance, and operational excellence. Your work directly impacts the productivity and retention of our workforce, ensuring that every employee feels supported and empowered to deliver results in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive end-to-end employee lifecycle management for supply chain teams to ensure high levels of engagement and operational continuity.

- Partner with operations leadership to diagnose organizational health and implement targeted interventions that improve team morale and performance.

- Lead change management initiatives during organizational scaling to ensure smooth transitions and consistent communication across all levels.

- Design and execute localized retention strategies by analyzing turnover data and conducting regular pulse checks with the workforce.

- Resolve complex employee relations issues by applying sound judgment and ensuring compliance with labor regulations to maintain a stable work environment.

- Facilitate performance management cycles to foster a culture of accountability and continuous development among operational staff.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of HR business partnering within industrial or supply chain sectors, with a proven ability to manage large-scale, blue-collar, and white-collar workforces.

- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels, from warehouse floor supervisors to senior leadership.

- Possess the ability to translate complex data into actionable people insights that drive business decisions.

- Maintain a high level of adaptability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing time between corporate offices and on-site operational facilities in Bangalore.

- Communicate with clarity and empathy, ensuring that organizational policies are understood and respected across diverse teams.

- Hold a Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute, reflecting a strong academic foundation in organizational behavior and labor law.

- Bring 4-10 years of progressive experience in HRBP roles, specifically within high-volume, fast-paced operational environments.
