Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Own and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, confirmations, role changes, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements.
- Ensure seamless execution of HR operational processes with high accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal SLAs.
- Maintain and govern employee records, HR systems, and documentation in line with statutory and internal audit requirements.
- Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for assigned business units, providing operational HR guidance to leadership and line managers.
- Partner with business stakeholders to implement HR policies, processes, and people initiatives aligned with business needs.
- Proactively identify people-related risks and operational gaps and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Drive consistent interpretation and implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal governance standards relevant to the media industry.
- Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews with accurate documentation and reporting.
- Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
- Manage employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution with fairness and confidentiality.
- Conduct investigations, prepare documentation, and coordinate with leadership to ensure timely and compliant resolution.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment in a creative, deadline-oriented setup.
- HR Data, MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and analyze HR dashboards, MIS reports, and people metrics related to headcount, attrition, attendance, leave, and employee movement.
- Leverage HR data to provide insights to business leaders and support decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across HR systems and reports.
- Cross-Functional HR Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, L&D, Finance, and Admin teams to ensure smooth HR service delivery.
- Support performance management cycles, engagement initiatives, and organizational programs from an operations standpoint.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems to enhance scalability and efficiency.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management
- Proven stakeholder management and business partnering capability
- Sound knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance frameworks
- Hands-on experience in grievance handling and employee relations
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in HR MIS, reporting, and data interpretation
- High attention to detail, process orientation, and execution excellence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, creative work environment
Desired Profile:
- 2- 4 years of progressive experience in HR Operations or HRBP roles
- Prior exposure to media, entertainment, broadcasting, advertising, or creative industries is highly preferred
- Experience handling large, diverse, and dynamic employee populations
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
