Role Overview

The HR Business Partner will work closely with business leaders to drive the people agenda, strengthen organizational capabilities, and ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives. This role requires solid HRBP foundations, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to influence and collaborate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Partnership

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organizational matters, talent decisions, and workforce planning.

- Understand business priorities and align HR strategies to support business goals.

2. Talent & Performance Management

- Drive the annual performance management cycle, ensuring fairness, consistency, and strong process adherence.

- Lead talent reviews, succession planning discussions, and capability-building interventions.

- Support high-potential development and internal mobility initiatives.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

- Deploy engagement frameworks, pulse checks, and action plans to strengthen culture and retention.

- Partner with managers to create a positive and inclusive work environment.

4. Employee Relations & Policy Governance

- Handle employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary processes with sensitivity and fairness.

- Ensure compliance with statutory and organizational policies, while driving HR best practices.

5. HR Operations & Analytics

- Work with HR CoEs (Recruitment, C&B, L&D) to ensure effective delivery of HR services.

- Use data and insights to drive decisions, measure HR effectiveness, and recommend improvements.

6. Change Management & Projects

- Support organizational change, restructuring, and transformation initiatives.

- Lead and participate in HR projects aimed at improving processes, culture, and organizational efficiency.

Key Requirements

- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute.

- Experience: 10-15 years of core HRBP experience, preferably in large, complex, fast-paced environments.

Skills:

- Strong HRBP fundamentals across talent, performance, ER, engagement, and HR operations.

- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior leaders.

- Strong communication-verbal, written, and interpersonal.

- High ownership, maturity, and problem-solving mindset.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
