About the Role
We're looking for an HR Business Partner who can be a trusted advisor to leaders, a strong advocate for employees, and a strategic partner to the business. This is a high-impact, relationship-heavy, data-driven role for someone who enjoys solving people challenges, shaping culture, and driving business outcomes through talent.
What You'll Do
- Work closely with senior leaders to understand business goals and translate them into clear people strategies.
- Build strong relationships with top management and play an active role in decision-making.
- Provide insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and future talent needs.
- Use data, trends, and market insights to guide leaders through people decisions.
- Drive performance management from OKRs, goal setting to evaluations and development plans. - Coach managers on feedback, difficult conversations, team development, and leadership behaviors.
- Lead annual talent reviews, succession planning, and high-potential development initiatives.
- Partner with TA and managers on hiring, onboarding, internal mobility, and talent planning.
- Build and sustain an inclusive, positive, high-performance culture.
- Partner with leaders on engagement action plans and deep-dive team health discussions.
- Champion well-being and belonging initiatives across the organization.
- Help new hires integrate quickly and effectively during onboarding.
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers on all HR matters.
- Address employee relations issues with fairness, confidentiality, and strong judgment.
- Handle complex cases, conduct objective investigations, and recommend solutions.
- Ensure consistent application of policies, performance expectations, and ethics.
- Use data to identify trends (attrition, performance, engagement, productivity).
- Build recommendations that lead to meaningful business outcomes.
- Partner with the HR Head to deliver programs that meet business needs.
- Optimize HR processes and support global initiatives with a local lens.
- Support annual compensation cycles and salary recommendations.
- Advise on promotions, level changes, and internal mobility pathways.
- Identify skill gaps, training needs, and partner with L&D to build development programs.
- Ensure smooth workforce planning and staffing for current and future needs.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 6-8 years of solid HR experience, with proven exposure as an HRBP.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and Indian labor laws.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and make sound decisions.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience handling employee relations matters.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and data-driven HR reporting.
- A people-first mindset with a passion for culture, engagement, and leadership development.
- Mandatory: Exceptional data skills (dashboards, automation, analytics)
- Experience with Zoho or similar HR systems
