
Description:
- Someone with 10+ years of experience who serves as a strategic partner to the business unit (BU), aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business unit and work closely with Business Unit heads
- Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle - from onboarding to exit - ensuring a seamless employee experience
- Lead and implement strategies and programs to ensure employee engagement and retention.
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance and fairness.
- Facilitate performance management processes for the BU and Manager coaching.
- Drive all employees surveys participation, analyse insights, action plan identification & implementation for the BU.
- Use HR analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
