Summary:

The HR Business Partner will lead workforce planning, talent initiatives, employee relations, organisational effectiveness, and engagement while ensuring compliance with labour laws and HR policies. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a fast-growing, regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with plant leadership and global stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives.

- Lead workforce planning and organisational design to support plant growth, expansion, and operational readiness.

- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire, and onboard leadership and critical technical talent.

- Drive leadership development, talent reviews, succession planning, and organisational capability initiatives.

- Manage employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and provide HR guidance to managers.

- Build and sustain a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged workplace culture.

- Lead change management initiatives supporting business growth and organisational transformation.

- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programmes.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and HR governance.

- Partner with Legal, HR Operations, Talent Development, Compensation & Benefits, and other HR functions to deliver business objectives.

- Support implementation of HR programmes, policies, and best practices.

- Analyse workforce data and HR metrics to support strategic decision-making and workforce planning.

Candidate Profile:

- HR Business Partner experience in a manufacturing plant environment is mandatory.

- 8+ years of progressive HR experience with strong HRBP exposure in manufacturing, medical devices, MedTech, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or other regulated industries.

- Experience supporting manufacturing operations, plant start-ups, greenfield projects, or large-scale expansion initiatives.

- Strong experience managing blue-collar workforces, contract labour, employee relations, and statutory compliance.

- Sound knowledge of labour laws, workforce management, and industrial relations.

- Experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing people-related business decisions.

- Exposure to working in a global, matrix organisation with cross-functional stakeholders.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business needs into practical HR solutions.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Self-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
