Job Description:
- The HRBP will play a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with business goals for the organization. This position focuses on supporting the workforce and leadership through efficient HR practices and strategic guidance.
- Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning initiatives.
- Address grievances, conduct investigations, and ensure fair resolution of conflicts.
- Design and implement engagement programs tailored to both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Maintain and update HR policies to reflect evolving workforce needs.
- Coach managers on feedback and development conversations.
- Promote career growth and internal mobility.
- Partner with payroll and admin teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in implementing HR strategies that drive organisational goals.
