- Champion Talent Development: Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative programs to enhance the capabilities of our management staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Elevate Diversity and Inclusion: Be a champion for diversity and inclusion, implementing initiatives that foster a welcoming and equitable environment for all employees.
- Secure Talent Pipeline: Strategically manage manpower planning and talent acquisition to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified management professionals for our manufacturing operations.
- Minimize Attrition and Maximize Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to retain top talent and minimize attrition, while actively promoting employee engagement and satisfaction to cultivate a positive and productive work environment.
- Drive a Culture of Happiness: Be a key contributor to achieving ambitious goals for employee happiness within the plant, fostering a work environment where employees feel valued, respected, and motivated.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HR Manager within a manufacturing environment, preferably within a large, multinational organization.
- Demonstrated success in designing and implementing impactful talent development programs, particularly for management-level employees.
- Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion best practices with a passion for creating a truly inclusive workplace.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, able to translate business objectives into effective HR strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
