Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) Manager to partner with business leaders and drive people initiatives across the GCC. The role will focus on employee engagement, talent management, performance management, workforce planning, and implementation of HR policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and functional heads across the GCC.

- Drive HRBP initiatives aligned with business and workforce objectives.

- Partner with managers on performance management, talent development, promotions and succession planning.

- Support workforce planning, organizational design and manpower requirements.

- Manage employee engagement initiatives and improve employee experience.

- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution and workplace concerns.

- Drive the performance appraisal and goal-setting process.

- Identify talent gaps and work with Talent Acquisition/L&D teams on hiring and development requirements.

- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to business leaders for people-related decisions.

- Support implementation of HR policies, processes and organizational initiatives.

- Work closely with COEs such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, L&D and HR Operations.

- Ensure effective communication of HR policies and organizational changes.

- Support change management and various GCC-wide people initiatives.

Desired Profile:

- 4 - 6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an HRBP role within a GCC, MNC or large corporate environment.

- Full-time MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.

- Strong experience in HR Business Partnering, employee relations, performance management and talent management.

- Good understanding of HR processes and employment practices.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Ability to work closely with senior business leaders and operate in a fast-paced, matrix organization.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
