We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our Gurgaon office, supporting our dynamic logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR strategy, performance management, compliance, and payroll within fast-paced environments. You will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that enable organizational growth and operational efficiency.
Looking for candidates with Immediate to 30 days notice period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that support business objectives in the logistics sector.
- Manage performance management cycles, talent development, and succession planning.
- Ensure strict adherence to HR compliance, labor laws, and organizational policies.
- Oversee payroll operations for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, organizational change, and HR best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to address workforce challenges specific to logistics operations.
Candidate Profile:
- MBA from a Tier-1 college (mandatory).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR strategy, performance, compliance, and payroll.
- Prior experience in logistics or supply chain-related industries is highly desirable.
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operationally intensive environment.
