HRBP (OD and Learning)


Job Description:


We're looking for an HRBP (OD and L&D) to join our clients team and lead high-impact initiatives focused on OD, learning, and culture building.

The ideal candidate will partner with leadership to drive OD, talent planning, and a culture of continuous learning.

This role is critical in aligning HR frameworks with business goals while leading L&D, employee engagement, and change management strategies.


What You'll Do:

Strategic HR Partnership:

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating business needs into actionable HR strategies.

- Drive workforce planning, succession strategies, and organizational design initiatives.

- Leverage HR data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Learning & Development Leadership:

- Lead end-to-end L&D programs from identifying skill gaps to measuring training outcomes.

- Design and roll out impactful learning journeys, leadership development, and digital learning initiatives.

- Collaborate with business units to ensure learning is aligned with organizational goals.

Organizational Development & Change:

- Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive transformation and change management.

- Champion OD interventions that strengthen capabilities, culture, and business agility.

Talent Management & Performance:

- Guide performance management processes, including goal-setting and feedback cycles.

- Support managers with coaching and development plans to unlock employee potential.

- Shape talent development strategies and identify high-potential talent pipelines.

Employee Experience & Engagement:

- Build a culture of engagement and inclusion through targeted initiatives and feedback mechanisms.

- Act as a cultural steward, embedding DEI principles into programs and practices.


What You'll Bring:

- Postgraduate degree in HR, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.

- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to OD and L&D.

- Proven track record in designing and delivering learning strategies in large, fast-paced environments.

- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and analytical skills.

- Solid knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR operations.

- Hands-on experience with HRIS (preferably BambooHR) and digital learning tools.


Bonus Points:

- Certifications in SHRM, ATD, or similar.

- Experience in e-learning platforms and leadership development programs.
