Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to spearhead our Leadership Hiring and HR Business Partnering functions in Gurugram. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute complex CXO and leadership hiring mandates by leveraging deep industry networks and sophisticated headhunting strategies to secure top-tier executive talent.

- Partner with business leaders to translate organizational goals into actionable workforce plans, ensuring talent supply aligns with long-term business objectives.

- Drive comprehensive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development, to build a sustainable pipeline of future-ready executives.

- Lead employer branding efforts at the leadership level to position the organization as an employer of choice among industry veterans and high-potential professionals.

- Utilize HR analytics to provide data-driven insights on talent trends, attrition, and organizational health, enabling informed decision-making for the leadership team.

- Manage high-stakes client engagement and stakeholder relationships, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on hiring requirements and cultural fitment.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in executive search and leadership acquisition, with a proven track record of closing senior-level mandates within competitive markets.

- Strong business acumen and the ability to function as a strategic HR Business Partner who understands the nuances of P&L management and organizational design.

- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational dynamics with maturity and discretion.

- A post-graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute, reflecting a strong academic foundation.

- 10 to 16 years of progressive experience in HR consulting, executive search, or corporate HR leadership roles.
