HR Business Partner Leader - Technology

Key Requirements and responsibilities:

- 15+ years of experience with a minimum of 10 years recent experience in BPHR preferably in IT industry

- Collaborate with recruitment teams to define sourcing strategies, ensure timely hiring, and manage workforce deployment aligned with business needs

- Drive onboarding, assimilation, and engagement programs to enhance employee experience and retention

- Implement performance frameworks, address gaps, and enable a culture of continuous improvement

- Partner with compensation and benefits teams to ensure competitive and compliant reward programs that drive performance and retention

- Identify skill gaps, design learning interventions, and support career progression initiatives

- Ensure adherence to labor laws, organizational policies, and ethical standards

- Leverage data-driven insights for decision-making and workforce planning

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving change management and organizational effectiveness initiatives
