Ensure that HR policies are communicated effectively to employees and that they understand and adhere to these policies. - Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Oversee offboarding procedures, conducting exit interviews, and analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement. - Employee Relations: Build strong relationships with employees at all levels, providing guidance on HR-related matters. Mediate conflicts and facilitate open communication between employees and management.
