HR Business Partner - Technology | Noida

We are looking for an HR Business Partner - Technology to partner with technology leadership and teams within a fast-growing technology and AI-focused organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Technology leaders on people strategy, workforce planning, organisation design and talent management.

- Drive core HRBP initiatives including performance management, employee engagement, retention and career development.

- Lead strategic HR projects for Technology/Engineering teams, including capability building, competency frameworks and organisation effectiveness.

- Use people analytics and insights to support business and talent decisions.

- Partner with Talent Acquisition on technology hiring and workforce planning.

- Act as a trusted advisor to senior technology stakeholders and managers.

Ideal Candidate:

- 6-9 years of HR experience, with strong HRBP exposure.

- Proven experience partnering with Technology / Engineering / Product / Data / AI teams.

- Demonstrated track record of executing technology-focused HR projects, beyond HR operations.

- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.

- Experience in a high-growth technology environment preferred.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to remain hands-on.
