
Role Overview:
As an HR Business Partner based in Bangalore, you will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, bridging the gap between business objectives and human capital initiatives. You will operate at the intersection of organizational strategy and people operations, working closely with department heads to drive high-performance cultures and organizational agility.
Your daily focus involves navigating complex employee relations, steering talent development programs, and ensuring seamless change management during periods of rapid growth. By fostering a high-engagement environment and ensuring rigorous compliance with labour laws, you will directly influence business outcomes, retention rates, and the overall health of the organizational ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to translate organizational goals into actionable talent management strategies that improve team productivity and long-term capability.
- Drive performance management cycles by coaching managers on objective setting and feedback loops to ensure a high-performance culture across all departments.
- Lead change management initiatives during organizational restructuring or process transitions to maintain employee morale and operational continuity.
- Manage complex employee relations cases and grievances with a focus on fair resolution and alignment with statutory labour laws to mitigate organizational risk.
- Design and execute employee engagement interventions that foster a sense of belonging and drive retention among high-potential talent.
- Analyze people data and metrics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making regarding workforce planning and organizational design.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-backed insights and a deep understanding of business operations.
- Proven expertise in navigating the complexities of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance to ensure the organization remains protected and ethical.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to mediate conflicts and build trust across diverse teams in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- Strong project management capabilities, specifically in rolling out large-scale talent and performance initiatives that require cross-functional collaboration.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt HR policies to suit evolving business needs while maintaining a focus on employee experience.
- An MBA in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute, complemented by 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in generalist HR roles.
