Role Overview:

The HR Business Partner will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle and act as a strategic partner to business leaders. This role focuses on talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, HR operations, and driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. The ideal candidate should have strong HRBP experience within the Food Processing/Manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts including requirement gathering, job description creation, sourcing, screening, and selection.

- Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs by attracting and hiring the right talent.

- Oversee induction and onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.

2. Talent Management & Employee Lifecycle

- Manage the full employee lifecycle including performance management, development planning, and career progression.

- Optimize talent management frameworks and enhance employee connect to improve retention and performance.

3. HR Strategy & Business Partnership

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business priorities and translate them into effective HR strategies and initiatives.

- Support organizational change management initiatives by aligning people strategies with business needs.

- Act as a liaison between HR and business teams, ensuring alignment and consistent communication.

4. HR Operations & Policy Management

- Lead manpower planning, HR budgeting, and C&B processes to support efficient workforce management.

- Administer performance management systems (PMS), rewards, and recognition programs.

- Support digital HR initiatives and operational efficiency improvements.

5. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

- Plan and execute employee engagement programs to strengthen workplace culture and employee satisfaction.

- Address employee concerns proactively and promote a positive work environment.

Candidate Profile:

- MBA (HR) Full-time from a recognized institute.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate HR/HRBP role.

- Experience mandatory in Food Processing/Manufacturing industry.

Strong expertise in:

- Learning & Development

- HR Digitization

- HR Operations

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
