
Description:
Experience: 3-10 years in HR (preferably FMCG, Pharma, or Manufacturing)
Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
Job Summary:
- Drive the people agenda for the sales function, aligning business goals with HR strategies.
- Manage recruitment, performance, engagement, training, and compliance for the field sales team across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (on-roll/off-roll), conduct induction & orientation.
Performance & Incentive Management:
- Support target & incentive rollouts; ensure clarity of performance metrics.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Execute engagement initiatives and Reach Out programs to boost morale and feedback.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Maintain HR documentation; ensure compliance with labor laws & internal policies.
Training & Development:
- Identify skill gaps; coordinate with L&D for sales capability programs.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Track HR metrics (occupancy, attrition, etc.); present monthly dashboards to leadership.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Proficient in HRMS & Excel
- Knowledge of labor laws & field HR operations
- Collaborative, cross-functional working style
