Qualification: Full-time MBA in HR from a Tier 1 B-School (e.g., XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD, MDI, IIMs, etc.)
Experience: 4 years (post-MBA) in FMCG / FMCD / Manufacturing / Pharmaceutical sectors
Compensation: - 24 - 28 LPA (Fixed)
Reporting to: CHRO
Role Type: Individual Contributor (IC)
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to drive people strategy and organizational effectiveness
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including performance management, engagement, and capability building
- Enable business growth through proactive workforce planning and succession management
- Collaborate with COEs to align HR processes with business objectives
- Champion culture, values, and DEI initiatives
