HRBP (contractual for 12 months) | FMCG Industry | 8-12 years Client's overview: Our client is an FMCG MNC based out of Gurgaon. The firm is known for its employee-centricity and for fostering industry best practices from a people lens. Overview: Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their organization on a contractual basis. As an HRBP, you will be responsible for managing both commercial and non-commercial functions within the company. In addition, you will oversee and drive ongoing projects related to learning & development, automation, and transformation of shared services. This role reports directly to the Head of HR and requires strong communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate should have 8-12 years of relevant experience as an HRBP. This is an individual contributor role and offers an opportunity to work in a hybrid model. This is a contractual position with a duration of 12 months. Responsibilities: - Partner with key stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs, identify HR requirements, and develop effective HR strategies. - Serve as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development. - Collaborate with the Head of HR to design and implement talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and career development programs. - Manage ongoing HR projects, such as learning & development programs, automation initiatives, and the transformation of shared services. - Conduct regular assessments of HR processes and policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards. - Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the company's practices remain current and competitive. - Drive employee engagement efforts and foster a positive work culture that aligns with the company's values and goals. Qualifications: - A master's degree in Human Resources - 8-12 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnering and project management. - Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends. - Proven experience in managing complex HR projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment. Note: This is a contractual position with an expected duration of 12 months. Immediately available candidates would be preferred.
