Role Purpose:

To serve as a strategic HR partner to leadership across four distinct businesses, driving organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, organization design and transformation initiatives that enable sustainable business growth.

A steep learning curve and broad exposure rarely available in a typical HRBP role, making it an ideal platform for building future HR leadership capabilities.

Ideal Candidate:

MBA (HR) from a top-tier institute (20192021 batch preferred) with 5-7 years of experience in HRBP, HR Consulting, Organization Development or Strategic HR roles. Preferably from FMCG/Automobile/Agri industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Partnership:

- Partner with leadership teams across four distinct businesses to align people strategy with business objectives and growth priorities.

- Act as a trusted advisor on organizational effectiveness, workforce productivity, talent risks and culture-related matters.

- Facilitate leadership discussions on workforce planning, succession readiness, capability requirements and organization health.

- Drive strategic HR interventions that enable business transformation and growth.

Organization Design & Transformation:

- Lead organization restructuring, role redesign and operating model evolution initiatives.

- Diagnose organizational challenges and recommend structural and people interventions to improve effectiveness.

- Drive initiatives focused on productivity enhancement, workforce optimization and organizational agility.

Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy:

- Partner with Talent Acquisition team to support workforce planning and critical talent requirements.

- Identify current and future capability gaps and help shape long-term workforce strategies.

- Support talent reviews, succession discussions and key talent interventions in collaboration with HR Centres of Excellence.

- Provide insights and recommendations on talent risks, retention priorities and organization capability.

HR Analytics & Data-Driven Insights:

- Build, analyze and present workforce dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making.

- Track key HR metrics including attrition, retention, productivity, engagement, internal mobility and manpower costs.

- Translate people data into actionable business insights and recommendations.

- Drive evidence-based interventions to improve organizational performance and employee experience.

Employee Experience & Culture:

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and action planning across diverse employee populations.

- Partner with leaders to strengthen culture, collaboration and organizational effectiveness.

- Support communication and change adoption across the organization.

Governance & People Processes:

- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, governance frameworks and compliance requirements.

- Partner with specialist HR teams on talent management, learning, performance and rewards initiatives.

- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and people practices.
