Roles & Responsibilities


Business Partnering & Stakeholder Management


- Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders across technology and corporate functions.


- Partner with leadership to understand business priorities and translate them into people strategies.


- Advise managers on organization structure, workforce planning, team effectiveness, and employee related matters.


- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to drive business aligned HR interventions.


Performance Management


- Drive the end to end performance management cycle including goal setting, reviews, feedback mechanisms, and performance calibration.


- Partner with managers on performance improvement plans and high performer retention strategies.


- Enable managers to drive a culture of accountability and continuous feedback.


Talent Management & Succession Planning


- Identify high potential talent and create development plans in partnership with business leaders.


- Drive talent reviews, succession planning, and internal mobility initiatives.


- Support leadership capability building and manager effectiveness.


Employee Engagement & Culture


- Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve experience, retention, and team effectiveness.


- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and conflict resolution.


- Foster a high performance, inclusive, and collaborative culture within the technology teams.


Organization Design & Change Management


- Support organizational restructuring, team design, role clarity, and change management initiatives.


- Partner with business leaders during periods of growth, transformation, or team expansion.


HR Analytics & Insights


- Track and analyze key people metrics including attrition, engagement, performance, diversity, and workforce trends.


- Use data driven insights to recommend interventions and improve organizational

effectiveness.


Policy & Compliance


- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and employment practices.


- Partner with HR COEs including Talent Acquisition, L&D, Rewards, and HR Operations to ensure seamless employee lifecycle management.


Ideal Candidate Profile


- MBA/PGDM (HR preferred) from a reputed institute, preferably 20162018 batch.


- 8 to 10 years of HRBP experience with strong exposure to technology teams/corporate employees.


- Experience supporting a workforce of 300500+ employees in a high growth or dynamic environment.


- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities.


- Strong understanding of talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and organization design.


- Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to work with senior leadership.


- Comfortable operating in a fast paced, ambiguity driven environment with high ownership.
