
About the Role
We are hiring for a leading global organization that is building its Global Business Services (GBS) hub in Hyderabad. The HR Business Partner will play a key role in shaping the people strategy, culture, and operating model for the GBS organization, working closely with India and global leadership teams.
Your responsibilities:
- The role is designed to lead the evolution of the GCC into a future-ready Global Business Services (GBS) hub.
- Acting as the architect and activator of the GBS people and culture plan in the Hyderabad Hub.
- Shaping the local GBS vision with India & global leadership for the Hub.
- Designing agile org structures and scalable workflows & processes for GBS.
- Embedding a performance-driven, ownership-based culture.
- Leading execution of the GBS talent strategy end-to-end (branding, hiring, onboarding, capability building, retention).
- Ensuring HR pillars (TA, OD, C&B, DEI, Learning, Engagement) are GBS-ready for Hyderabad.
- Driving change management and communication at speed.
- Creating feedback loops and KPIs for continuous improvement.
The experience we're looking for
- 8 to 9 years of proven track record of successful HR business partnering on a global scale.
- Strong business accumen (in GBS preferred) coupled with an ability to translate business challenges into HR initiatives.
- Experience in desgining, delivering & driving creation of a business from scratch in partnership with multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, matched with experience in influencing senior leadership.
- Strategic outlook and problem-solving skills focused on organisational efficacy.
- Rich experience in leading change management, evolving talent, and overseeing HR project management.
- Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusivity within a global workplace.
- Proven demonstration in learning agility & skills mastery in HR Business partnering with exposure to HR COE projects.
- Proven experience in delivering value to the business through savings/ transformation projects impacting top-line or bottom-line.
- Experience in driving design and execution through data backed research & analytics to demonstrate impact.
