Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnering
- Collaborate with leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies to support them.
- Act as a consultant to management on HR-related matters (e.g., workforce planning, talent development, organizational design).
2. Employee Relations
- Manage employee engagement, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
- Ensure a positive and compliant work environment.
3. Talent Management
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams for hiring and workforce planning.
- Support leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.
4. Performance & Development
- Facilitate performance reviews, feedback processes, and capability building programs.
- Identify training needs and support learning initiatives.
5. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Use data-driven insights to influence decisions related to retention, performance, and engagement.
6. Change Management
- Support organizational change initiatives and culture transformation efforts.
