About the Role

As the HR Business Partner, you will act as a strategic liaison between business leaders and the HR function, ensuring that people strategies directly support business objectives. This role will be pivotal in driving initiatives that foster talent development, enhance employee engagement, and strengthen workforce retention, with a specific focus on a dynamic, store-based retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
