Responsibilities: - Collaborate with project managers and business heads to understand manpower requirements - Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles in the EPC power sector - Source candidates through portals, referrals, campus hiring, and vendor partnerships - Coordinate interviews, assessments, offer roll-outs, and onboarding processes - Build a strong talent pipeline for project-critical and niche engineering roles - Ensure timely mobilization of workforce for site-based and project-specific needs - Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio - Maintain compliance with labor laws, safety norms, and internal audit standards in hiring processes - Maintain coordination with subcontractors and manpower vendors for bulk or urgent requirements Performance Management: - Support the implementation of the PMS across functions and sites - Assist in goal setting, mid-year and year-end review processes with employees and managers - Generate reports and analytics related to performance reviews and appraisal trends - Provide guidance to line managers on performance conversations and documentation - Identify development needs based on performance data and work with L&D to propose interventions - Offer feedback to HR leadership on improving PMS tools and manager capability - Maintain accurate employee data and performance records in HR systems Additional Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for alignment on workforce planning and talent deployment - Participate in HR audits and support documentation for compliance and reporting - Ensure adherence to project timelines for talent delivery and performance evaluations - Travel to project sites for recruitment drives, onboarding, and performance-related support
