
Role Overview:
As an HR Business Partner for the Engineering division, you will serve as the strategic bridge between human capital initiatives and technical business objectives. You will work closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive talent strategy, organizational design, and performance management within a high-stakes MNC environment. Your primary focus will be to foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation, ensuring that the engineering workforce is aligned with global business goals while maintaining high levels of engagement and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with engineering leadership to develop and execute talent strategies that support product roadmaps and technical growth objectives.
- Lead organizational design initiatives to ensure team structures are optimized for agility and high-impact delivery within the engineering function.
- Drive performance management cycles by coaching managers on effective feedback loops and talent development to ensure a high-performance culture.
- Manage complex employee relations issues with a focus on resolution, compliance, and maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Analyze workforce data and metrics to provide actionable insights that inform leadership decisions regarding retention, compensation, and skill-gap analysis.
- Facilitate change management processes during organizational shifts to ensure seamless transitions and sustained employee productivity.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and engineering leaders through data-backed insights and strategic HR advisory.
- Strong functional expertise in talent management, compensation benchmarking, and organizational development within a large-scale MNC setup.
- Proven track record of managing HR operations for technical teams, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges inherent in engineering talent lifecycles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics and build trust across diverse teams.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, maintaining high levels of visibility and engagement with distributed engineering squads.
- A minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in HR business partnering, preferably within the technology or engineering services sector.
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputable institute.
