Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition (Primary Early Responsibility)

- Manage 4-5 vertical recruitment cycles end-to-end

- Strong ability to run hiring independently with speed, negotiation skills, and stakeholder handling

- Work with business heads and CEO for manpower planning and role calibration

2. Performance Management & PMS Governance

- Work closely with the CEO on PMS design, reviews, and tracking

- Strengthen performance culture across teams

- Ensure timely KRAs, reviews, and calibration cycles

3. HR Operations & Payroll

- Oversee payroll inputs and coordination with Finance; ensure 100% accuracy

- Maintain hygiene of Zoho People (preferred experience but not mandatory)

- Manage HR documentation, audits, and compliance readiness (important for IPO track)

4. Organizational Culture & Employee Experience

- Drive engagement frameworks that maintain the tone of the organization

- Champion conflict management, counselling, grievance redressal, and motivation building

- Ensure empathy-driven decision-making and communication across teams

5. HR Policies, Processes & Governance

- Implement scalable HR processes to support future growth

- Strengthen HR analytics, dashboards, MIS

- Support IPO-prep projects such as org-structure hygiene, compliance, and documentation

What We're Looking For:

- 4-6 years of strong HR generalist / HRBP experience

- Comfortable as an IC working closely with 3-4 HR team members

- Ability to work directly with Founder & CEO in a high-intensity, fast-growth environment

- High emotional intelligence, strong listening skills, and conflict management orientation

- Someone eager to learn, mature, grounded, and humble

- Experience with Zoho People (nice to have)

- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
