About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 6+ years of experience to partner closely with business leaders and founders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate should understand the startup ecosystem and be comfortable operating in ambiguity while driving people strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with business leaders and founders to drive people strategy aligned with business goals
- Act as a trusted advisor on organization design, workforce planning, and team structuring
- Lead and manage the performance management process including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles
- Drive talent management initiatives including succession planning and leadership development
- Identify skill gaps and work with stakeholders to implement relevant learning and development programs
- Strengthen employee engagement and foster a high-performance, value-driven culture
- Manage employee relations matters with maturity and strong problem-solving skills
- Ensure HR policies, processes, and governance frameworks are scalable and compliant
- Leverage HR data and analytics to provide actionable insights to leadership
- Support critical hiring needs in collaboration with Talent Acquisition or directly manage select roles when required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 6+ years of HRBP experience
- Prior experience in E-commerce / Q-commerce / Startup environment preferred
- Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong execution capability
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving setups
