HR Business Partner - eCommerce/Quick Commerce

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Customer Experience (CX) function. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business leaders to drive people strategy, employee engagement, performance management, organizational effectiveness, and talent initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with CX business leaders to drive people agenda aligned with business goals

- Act as a strategic advisor on organization design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness

- Drive performance management processes, goal setting, and talent reviews

- Manage employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives

- Support leadership in employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy implementation

- Enable talent development and succession planning across teams

- Analyze people metrics and HR data to derive insights and recommend actions

- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Learning teams to support hiring and capability-building initiatives

- Drive HR programs and change management initiatives across the function

- Ensure smooth execution of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 6-10 years of HRBP experience in a ConsumerTech / E-commerce / Internet-first company

- Prior experience supporting CX, Operations, Customer Support, or large business teams is preferred

- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities

- Good understanding of performance management, employee engagement, and organizational development

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred
