About the Role:
Were looking for a sharp, business-first HRBP to partner with leadership and drive people strategy for a high-growth, fast-paced environment. This role goes beyond traditional HR it requires someone who understands business metrics, builds org capability, and drives culture at scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Partnering
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders on org design, team structure, and workforce planning
- Translate business goals into people priorities and execution plans
- Drive productivity, performance, and engagement across teams
2. Talent Management
- Lead performance management cycles (goal setting, reviews, calibration)
- Identify high-potential talent and build succession pipelines
- Partner with TA to ensure quality hiring aligned with business needs
3. Employee Experience & Engagement
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and action plans based on feedback
- Act as a trusted advisor for employees and managers
- Handle complex employee relations issues with maturity and discretion
4. Org Development & Culture
- Strengthen leadership capability through coaching and interventions
- Drive culture-building initiatives aligned with company values
- Support change management during rapid growth/scaling
5. HR Analytics & Execution
- Use data to drive insights on attrition, performance, and engagement
- Track and improve key HR metrics (retention, productivity, hiring quality)
- Ensure HR processes are efficient, scalable, and business-aligned
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of HR experience, with at least 2-4 years as an HRBP
- Experience in high-growth startups, e-commerce, or consumer tech preferred
- Strong business acumen - understands how companies scale and make money
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- High ownership, agility, and comfort with ambiguity
