About the Role:
A leading Indian conglomerate is seeking a high-potential HR professional to join its Group HR function as an Assistant Manager/Manager - HR & Digital Transformation
This role will support the Head - HR Shared Services in executing key HR initiatives related to campus hiring, HR transformation, and process excellence across multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and execution of the campus hiring and early careers strategy for management trainees and graduate engineers.
- Drive induction, onboarding, and engagement programs for new campus hires.
- Assist in HR transformation and process improvement projects, including HR digitization initiatives.
- Manage stakeholder coordination across HR, business teams, and external partners.
- Support HR data reporting, dashboards, and analytics for decision-making.
Candidate Profile:
- MBA/PGDM in HR from XLRI (mandatory).
- 2-5 years of experience in Campus Hiring, Change Management or HR Transformation.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Exposure to HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) preferred.
