Role: HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Location: Indore (Open to relocation)

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with business leaders to drive people strategy and organizational effectiveness.

- Manage talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

- Support workforce planning, retention, and employee relations.

- Act as a strategic advisor on HR policies and practices.

Requirements:

- MBA in HR (Tier-1 institute preferred).

- 1-3 years of HRBP or core HR experience.

- Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
