
Role Overview
A hybrid HR Business Partner alongside Office Manager duties.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives to drive performance, organisational effectiveness, and growth.
- Provide coaching and advice to leaders on employment-related matters
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
- Manage timely monthly payroll reporting, reconcile variances, and oversee approval processes.
- Maintain high-quality HRIS data and review automation opportunities.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with leaders, managers, and employees across all locations.
- Partner with leaders to deliver change initiatives with clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and measurable success outcomes.
- Process HR admin tasks with efficiency and accuracy.
Office Manager Duties
- Welcome new starters on their first day and cover HR onboarding sessions.
- Liaise with the office management company to rectify any issues with the office space.
- Liaise with external third-party services to fix any problems with office hardware e.g. printers.
- Lead on office health and safety.
- Lead on any office moves (if required).
- Lead on organising internal events, including the annual off-site team trip.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in a People Partner / HR Business Partner or equivalent role within a global People Operations team.
- Operational fluency with modern HRIS (Rippling preferred) and payroll processes, with high standards for data quality, controls, and documentation.
- Excellent judgement, written and verbal communication skills, and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to simplify complexity, influence decisions, and deliver solutions that align with business needs.
- Strong practical knowledge of UK/IE/NL and IN employment practices and employment law.
