WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO (REALITY CHECK):
- Act as a true partner to senior leaders on org, talent, and leadership calls
- Decide what matters and what doesn't in people priorities
- Raise the quality of HRBP thinking and execution across the org
- Step in personally when judgment, not escalation, is required
- Keep people decisions fair, ethical, and long-term oriented
WHO SHOULD APPLY (STRICT FILTERS)
- Experience (MANDATORY)
- 10-12 years post-MBA only

Education - XLRI / TISS / SIBM Pune / IIMs / ISB only
Sector & Pedigree:
- Tier-1 organizations with mature HR practices
- No consulting-only or generic HR backgrounds
Stability & Fit:
- Full-time roles only
- Clear success tenure (not frequent switches)
- Bangalore-based candidates preferred
- Low notice period strongly preferred
Compensation Discipline:
- Budget cap: - 65 LPA
- Ideal current CTC: - 45-48 LPA (~70% of budget)
- Profiles outside this logic will not be evaluated
