Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-impact HR Business Partner to join our team in Gurgaon, specifically to drive people strategy within our fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to leadership, translating business objectives into actionable people initiatives that foster a high-performance culture. You will work closely with department heads and cross-functional teams to navigate organizational scaling, talent development, and employee engagement. By leveraging the Keka platform to streamline HR operations, you will directly influence organizational health, retention, and the overall agility of our SaaS business model, ensuring our human capital strategy remains a competitive advantage in a rapidly evolving market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and design organizational structures that support long-term scalability and operational efficiency.

- Drive the end-to-end performance management cycle, coaching managers to provide constructive feedback that elevates team output and individual growth.

- Manage complex employee relations issues with empathy and legal rigor to maintain a culture of trust and compliance across the organization.

- Utilize Keka to automate and optimize HR workflows, ensuring data-driven decision-making regarding attrition, compensation, and workforce planning.

- Lead change management initiatives during organizational transitions to ensure team alignment and minimize disruption to business continuity.

- Design and execute targeted learning and development programs that bridge skill gaps and prepare our workforce for the demands of the SaaS industry.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-backed insights and a deep understanding of business P&L drivers.

- Proven expertise in navigating the nuances of a B2B SaaS environment, including managing high-growth teams and technical talent.

- Advanced proficiency in using Keka for HR automation, payroll management, and real-time people analytics.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to mediate conflicts and build strong, collaborative relationships across diverse teams.

- Strong analytical mindset to interpret HR metrics and translate them into strategic recommendations for leadership.

- A Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Gurgaon, balancing on-site collaboration with the flexibility required for modern professional workflows.

- Minimum of 4 - 6 years of experience in an HRBP capacity, preferably within the technology or SaaS sector.
