
Role Overview:
As an HR Business Partner within our dynamic Auto OEM company, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that align with organizational goals. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with department heads and employees to understand their needs, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures, and implementing programs that enhance employee engagement and performance. You will work cross-functionally with various HR teams, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and learning and development, to deliver comprehensive HR solutions. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to a high-performing, engaged workforce that drives innovation and achieves business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and develop HR strategies that support the achievement of those objectives.
- Provide guidance and counsel to managers and employees on a wide range of HR topics, including employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
- Manage employee relations issues, conducting investigations and resolving conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
- Lead the performance management process, ensuring that employees receive regular feedback and have opportunities for development.
- Collaborate with the training and development team to identify and deliver training programs that meet the needs of the business.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they are competitive and aligned with organizational goals.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights, and develop recommendations for improvement.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Proven expertise in managing employee relations issues and conducting investigations.
- Strong understanding of performance management principles and practices.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of compensation and benefits administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site work environment in Pune.
