Job description:
HRBP-
- She/He will be responsible for the strategic delivery of solutions and HR interventions such as Talent Management, Talent Development, Organizational Design, Change Management & Workforce Planning
- Act as an advisor to Business Heads on their people issues and drive the people agenda
- Be an empathetic listener to employees and help deliver impactful interventions for them
- Ability to get a ground sense and share observations/ raise red flags to senior management
- Drive important capability building interventions such as succession planning for key roles, internal mobility,
- Act as a performance coach as well as an emotional well-being counsellor for employees
Compensation and Benefits -
- Design various compensation structures within the overall compensation philosophy of the Company in line with market practices for different business verticals
Design of incentive plans
- Compensation benchmarking
- Annual compensation review & assessment process of the Company including ESOPs management
Managing Compensation audits
- Manpower budgeting, redeployment & realignment initiatives
Role Requirements :
- Post Graduate from premium institute is mandatory criteria for a candidate with the right attitude & skills
- 3-4 years of relevant experience along with strong partnering skills & Stakeholder management capabilities
